You choose how to contact the practice

For enquiries and appointment arrangements, you can choose ordinary email or write by post. Choosing post does not prevent us from working together.

Organisational email includes handling your enquiry, arranging appointments and cancellations. Invoices and therapeutic content are not covered by this consent.

What are the risks?

The form is transmitted over HTTPS. Subsequent transmission and replies by ordinary email are not end-to-end encrypted throughout. Transport encryption alone does not protect messages on every system involved.

Messages could be disclosed through an incorrect address, a compromised inbox, forwarding or unauthorised access to systems. Even sender, recipient or appointment information may reveal contact with a psychological practice. Full confidentiality cannot be guaranteed for ordinary email.

Which providers are involved?

Website enquiries are sent to info@niedermoser.ch and forwarded to the practice Gmail inbox. Green and Google process these messages; Google may process them outside Switzerland, particularly in the USA. See the privacy information.

Consent to ordinary email does not replace the separate assessment of data protection requirements for these providers.

Your consent in the form

The separate box is not preselected. The German text shown in the form reads as follows in English:

I wish to communicate with Praxis Niedermoser about organisational matters by ordinary email at the address I provide. I have read the information about the risks and forwarding to the practice Gmail inbox. In particular, unauthorised people may access messages and my contact with the practice may become apparent. Post is available as an alternative. I may withdraw this consent for the future. It does not cover therapeutic content, clinical findings or reports.

The confirmed text version, document identifier, supplied email address and time are documented in the enquiry sent to the practice inbox. After successful submission, you may download your personal copy as a text file for up to one hour within that browser session. Save it directly on your device.

Change or withdraw your choice

You can change or withdraw your choice for future communication at any time, by post or through an already agreed channel. Please state how the practice should contact you instead. This does not end your treatment or counselling. Processing already completed and required documentation must be considered separately.

Confidential content and crises

Do not send diagnoses, findings, reports or detailed health information through this form or ordinary email. We agree a suitable protected route or post beforehand. Any express exception is agreed personally for specifically named content; website consent is neither blanket permission nor a release from professional confidentiality. Legal data protection and professional duties continue to apply.
