The secure website enquiry form currently has German field labels and consent texts. You can write your enquiry in English. The form asks for your name, email address and the service you are interested in.

The form asks you to acknowledge the relevant terms and separately choose ordinary email for your enquiry and organisational replies. Neither box is preselected. Please read the fees, working arrangements and communication information before using it.

Confidential documents

Please do not send diagnoses, reports or detailed health information through the form or ordinary email. We agree a suitable encrypted route or postal delivery in advance. See the privacy information.

Location and access

Praxis Niedermoser, c/o MedBasel, Steinenvorstadt 75, 4051 Basel, Switzerland. Sessions are available in Swiss German, German and English.

There is a lift. One step must be negotiated at the entrance; after that, the practice rooms are wheelchair accessible.

This practice is privately paid. It does not bill basic health insurance, even with a medical prescription. It has no 24-hour emergency service. In immediate danger or a medical emergency, call 144.
