The service is for adults only. We first clarify your questions, then agree the scope, process and costs. A contact enquiry or a single counselling session does not replace a full diagnostic assessment. A description of isolated difficulties is not sufficient for a diagnosis.
An individual profile as a supplement to autism assessment
Alongside standardised autism assessment, I use a graphical multidimensional profile that I developed. It brings together relevant characteristics and helps explain individual patterns, strengths and differences.
The interpretation draws on clinical experience, empirical literature and my own subjective reference and comparison values. These values are not standardised and have not been objectively validated. The profile is not an independent diagnostic test and does not replace standardised instruments. It is an additional clinical visualisation to support understanding and discussion.
Fixed fees and private payment
The scope, process and fixed fee are agreed before starting. The standard session rate does not apply to AD(H)S or autism assessments. You receive a private invoice; there is no billing to basic health insurance or direct billing to supplementary insurers.
Any reimbursement by supplementary insurance depends on your policy and the insurer's decision. It is neither assumed nor guaranteed. Please check possible contributions directly with your insurer before starting.

Do I need to know which assessment I need?
No. Tell me which service interests you. We clarify the questions and appropriate scope together. You can raise questions about both AD(H)S and autism.
Do you assess children or adolescents?
No. This assessment service is exclusively for adults.
How long does an assessment take?
The number of appointments and overall duration depend on your questions, the agreed scope and availability. We discuss these before starting.
