Working together
English reading version of the short agreement for individual sessions, version 1.0 of 3 October 2026.
The German version and its downloadable copy remain available. These arrangements concern psychological therapy, counselling, coaching, supervision and self-experience. Separate agreements apply to assessments, courses and corporate assignments.
Starting together
We clarify your concerns and discuss what support makes sense. A first appointment does not commit you to further sessions. We decide the next steps together. No particular treatment outcome is guaranteed.
Fees and payment
The standard rate is CHF 220 per 45 minutes, including preparation and follow-up. Invoices are payable within 20 days of the invoice date. These are private-pay services without billing to basic health insurance or under the prescription model. Supplementary insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Diagnostic packages and explicitly agreed special rates are covered by separate agreements; this short agreement does not set their prices.
Appointments and cancellations
Please cancel individual appointments by email at least 48 hours beforehand; receipt time is decisive. Timely cancellations are free. Late cancellation or non-attendance may incur a previously agreed fee up to the reserved appointment fee.
The fee does not apply if attendance is objectively impossible through no fault of your own; other important reasons are considered. The practice limits losses where possible and credits replacement bookings and saved expenses. Charges do not exceed the legally recoverable loss.
This rule is agreed before a binding appointment. Its application to diagnostic packages is clarified separately. No cancellation fee arises when the practice cancels.
Your decision
The specific approach, possible burdens, risks and alternatives are discussed personally. You may ask questions and withdraw consent at any time. Acknowledging this agreement does not replace that discussion.
No flat fee is charged solely for ending the collaboration. Services already delivered and agreed lawful appointment cancellation costs are assessed separately.
Confidentiality
I am bound by professional confidentiality. This agreement does not provide blanket permission to share your data. Required documentation and data protection are governed by the additional information provided and applicable law. Within the legal framework, you may request access to and a copy of your records.
Your digital copy
The agreed document version is provided digitally for you to save. Paper is not the default. If digital access is not suitable, we agree another appropriate method. Later website changes do not automatically change an existing agreement.
Your communication choice
You choose the channel for organisational email separately. Read the risks and consent information or use post. We personally agree a suitable protected route or post for therapeutic content. Any exception for ordinary email is documented separately for specifically identified content and purposes; the enquiry consent does not cover this.
Contact and crises
Email is for organisational matters. Send confidential documents only through a suitable route agreed beforehand. The practice has no continuously staffed emergency service and email is not monitored continuously. In immediate danger or a medical emergency, call 144.
An enquiry is not an appointment confirmation. Acknowledging these conditions does not replace consent to specific treatment.
Discuss your next step
Your initial enquiry only needs to identify the service you are interested in and how I can contact you. Please do not send reports, diagnoses or detailed health information through the enquiry form or ordinary email. We agree a suitable secure channel for confidential documents beforehand.
An enquiry is not an appointment confirmation. I will contact you about availability and the next steps.
